We will endeavour to attend your property as soon as possible to deal with the problem, subject to gaining entry from either your Managing Agent or Tenant.
On attendance, we will endeavour to stop the problem from escalating and in the case of electrical and plumbing faults make safe. If the problem is not major we will resolve it as part of the call out, the Customer will be liable for the costs of any parts required to solve the problem.
Should the problem require more labour than covered within the call out we will contact the customer to inform them of the problem and forward to them a report and quotation for the required work. Should the customer elect to use an alternative party to carry out the work we will forward a copy of our report directly to them.
Each call out will be dealt with according to the severity of the problem as per following guide:
Category A
Requiring immediate attention, i.e. loss of electricity other than supply failure, severe water leak, water penetration through roof etc.
Category B
Requiring attention within 24 hours, i.e. air conditioning fault, water supply fault, minor water leak etc.
Category C
Requiring attention within 48 hours, i.e. minor electrical fault, dripping tap, intermittent air conditioning fault etc.
