On commencement of your 12 month contract we will supply and fit a free of charge smoke detector and carry out an energy survey of your property.

Free of charge maintenance of smoke detector per 12 month period.

6 free call outs per 12 months period.

Reduced labour rates for additional call outs.

Replacement of electric water heater element (if faulty) free of charge. (1 per 12 month contract).

Free annual servicing of up to 5 air conditioning units.

Reduced charge for servicing of additional air conditioning units.

Free electrical and plumbing report per 12 month period.

How much does it cost?

For only €44.50 + VAT per month, you can rest assured that your investment in Cyprus is covered by a maintenance contract that gives you peace of mind and ensures the property does not become devalued due to maintenance problems.

How do I pay?

As we are based in Cyprus we are able to offer monthly installment payments paid to us directly from Cypriot banks, we also offer the opportunity to pay via your Management Agents and for Overseas Customers we offer PayPal. We can advise you of the most cost effective method depending on where you reside.
